where can i find on line Italian audio courses?

i am a beginner but wish to become more fluent.
the on-line course should not make me download anything that could have a virus….and must be free.

    I always recommend the pimsleur method (though it’s expensive, it’s relatively easy to find on p2p and bt networks) because it’s fast and easy at the same time. I find it to be an excellent program for beginning a language - you can get about the same level of fluency that a couple semesters of college study would give you in about a month and a half with pimsleur (though after that point you may want to switch over to more traditional methods). Try looking for Pimsleur Italian I, II, and III.
