What’s a nice mellow latin/italian sounding guitar song for a beginner to learn?

My girl bought be a guitar a couple months ago, and I just started really crackin down on practicing. I’ve almost got Bob Marley’s Redemption Song down, but for my next song, I want something really smooth sounding.

Something latin would be ideal, but something that a novice could learn. Kind of like the song that Banderas plays at the beginning of Once Upon a Time in Mexico, but a lil softer and relaxed.
The kind of song you could have a candlelight dinner to or something, ya know?
Any suggestions, not to mention location of the tablature?

La Paloma - I remember it was one of the first guitar tunes I ever learnt. Takes a while to become proficient but really effective - especially if you practise and become really good! Enjoyable to play, too! It is romantic, and you can dance to it.
