Learn To Speak German Fluently

Hi there everyone, this is my first time posting a question. I wanted to know if anyone could help me learn Norwegian and German. I’m very much a beginner at both these languages and I would love to find someone who speaks one of the languages fluently to help me. If that’s too much to ask, some sites will do. I have books on German, but nothing on Norwegian. I would prefer help with Norwegian first if possible. Thanks in advance.
