Its free…you are … Its free…you are not paying them for the work they have done here. They do it how they want. If you want something easier to learn or you need visual effects then buy Rosetta Stone…
I purchased the … I purchased the Michel Thomas French foundation course from The Language Specialist on Amazon for a bargain price and have found Michel Thomas course, so effective and there is nothing out there that could compete with his style of teaching. I have learned so much French in 1 week, that i can’t wait to practice in France..
The best thing about MT audiobooks is the fact you don’t need to take notes, no homework. It’s so easy it actually unrealistic.
I know what you … I know what you mean. I constantly look back on my notes and just hope I am pronouncing things correctly. I don’t even have my next course until next fall.
Luckily though, there are a few cd’s at the local library that help out.
u should put down … u should put down the words in french and in english and of course give more time to repeat the words or sentences. i Learn French for 4 years, too and it was just hard to repeat everything with the correct pronounciation within these short pauses.
If you perhaps
1. … If you perhaps
1. put down the words in french (not only English) so the person watching can read from reading and not listening.
2. If you want us to ‘repeat’ it, why give us no time?
wow. that was a … wow. that was a horrible video. ive taken french for 4 years and i think this video is a bad way to start to learn. way too fast. i mean, granted u can always pause/go back but for people who dont know how things are spelt, i think they may have a hard time repeating if they don’t see the visuals/actual word. but thats just what i think.
Je trouve, c’est … Je trouve, c’est bon si le “prof.” a parlé vite car les français on parle vite.
I’m trying to “relearn” French because I’ve lost so much (I feel that every month that I don’t speak it puts me back to 1st year.) When I was in France, no one bothered to speak slowly, so I think speaking as quick as they do in the video puts students at an advantage.
